May 2023 Prevent, Detect, Report events

Staff members from the Community of Vermont Elders, which administers Vermont’s chapter of Senior Medicare Patrol, offer presentations all over the state introducing Medicare beneficiaries to basic practices to protect yourself from fraud, errors and abuse related to health-care coverage. Hosted by community centers, congregate meal sites, and health-care centers, the Prevent, Detect, Report events often feature a meal. Contact our staff at [email protected] if you’re interested in bringing the event to a location near you.
