David was appointed the role as COVE’s Policy Consultant in early 2014 when Michael Sirotkin was appointed to the Senate. David became familiar with COVE’s policy work and organizational mission while working alongside Mr. Sirotkin for nearly two years.  Today, David is a Policy Specialist with the Necrason Group, in Montpelier, and is a partner in the Burlington law firm Mickenberg, Dunn, Lachs, and Smith.
