Nancy Warner has been the Executive Director of the Orleans Essex VNA and Hospice for the past forty-four years. The organization provides home care Hospice care, and Long Term Care to the citizens of the twenty-four communities in the county and a half served by the agency.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont and a Master degree in Health Services Administration from Saint Joseph’s college of Maine. She is a registered nurse.
Her prior work history includes hospital nursing, public health nursing in the State of Vermont and Federal projects developing health services and educational programs for children. She is very interested in rural services.
She has served on many boards over the years: health planning groups , AHEC, Northeast Kingdom Human services, home care industry boards, NEVAAA, Community National Bank, and other professonal and community boards. Nancy was a 4-leader for sixteen very happy years!
Nancy and her husband live in Lowell. She has two children, James Lillicrap, Deputy State’s ATty , Newport and Jennifer Royer, civil engineer, Montpelier.
She is an animal lover, plays the fiddle, is an avid amature photographer and wishes to share her talents where they best can be utilzied during her retirement.
